  My friend Brandi was my contact. I had expressed an interest in taking a trip with my husband for our 10 year anniversary. I made Brandi aware of our budget and she asked a few questions and got right to work. Per her recommendation, we went to Punta Cana and she booked everything. Thanks to Brandi, we had a fantastic experience and were treated like royalty from the moment we met our transport at the airport until we were returned to the airport. Without Brandi and her work with Enchanted vacation planners, this trip probably would not have been near as smooth or enjoyable. So happy Brandi did all the work. Truly a remarkable employee working for a remarkable company.   Please beware when using this travel agency, They use unreputable 3rd party vendor, FUNJET. I was not offered to purchase any type of travel insurance for my trip. They have not been customer friendly during this Pandemic. Book your own travel!!
