  Ms Ashley and Ms Lainey are absolutely wonderful in the Toddler Two classroom! They run a tight ship and my son is clearly having a wonderful time.

  We visited five different child caring facilities prior to choosing Enchanted Care Westerville and we couldn’t be happier with the decision. Miss Erica and Miss Aaron (infant room) take great pride in creating a welcoming and caring environment for our child, and clearly love her as their own. We’re especially grateful to how proactive all of the staff have been with managing our child’s multiple allergies. We couldn’t recommend Enchanted Care enough!

  We've had a really good experience sending our daughter to Enchanted Care. She has been in both the infant and toddler rooms and the teachers in both rooms are kind, caring, and always keep us in the loop with how she's doing. They're great about communicating and making us feel comfortable leaving her in their care. The rooms are always clean and well-kept, and we get regular updates and photos throughout the day, which we really appreciate. It’s nice to see what she’s up to and know she’s in good hands.

  We’ve been with EC Westerville for about 8 months now and every day I am SO thankful we’ve landed here. The teachers in the beginner room (Kendyl, Myka, Bree, Makayla) are actual toddler whisperers. They truly care about these kiddos by celebrating their wins (can you imagine potty training 20 toddlers??? 🤯) and being the gentle hand that helps them navigate toddlerhood. Our child has flourished in both vocabulary and social skills - it is so fun to watch! They come home clean, well fed, well loved and with cute new hair styles! Our oldest is participating in summer camp and WOW! What an amazing program. Field trips nearly every day - and not boring ones - museums around central Ohio, farms (they got to ride a pony), cooking, etc. the camp counselors (Kenya, Nick, Melanie & Misty) are amazing with the kids and I feel my child is safe and cared for at all times. The center in general is organized and clean. The front office knows everybody’s names and they are very communicative through the app and regularly provide detailed center updates. From the teachers you also get a daily report, photos (my fav part!!!) and schedules with clear departure/arrival times (summer camp) in the app. The provided breakfast, snacks and lunches are so convenient for busy parents. They even have coffee and treats for parents some mornings!! I could say so much more, but TLDR: As a parent, relinquishing care for your child is hard. This place just feels right.

  I can't recommend Enchanted Care of Westerville enough! My daughter has been attending since she was 6 months old, and it's been a wonderful experience. The administrators, teachers, and staff are all so warm and welcoming. Every staff member greets my daughter by name, even if they aren't her teacher, showing they truly care about each child as an individual. The teachers in her "Beginners" class—Myk'a, Kendyl, Bree, and Makayla—are amazing. They spend a lot of time playing with the kids and really make them feel special. They were incredibly helpful with potty training and even gave me tips for making it easier at home! My daughter loves it so much that she doesn't want to leave at the end of the day—that’s how much she loves her teachers, classroom, and friends. She's having too much fun! The curriculum is fantastic, and my daughter is always learning and having fun, whether it's in her classroom or through activities like Soccer, Tap & Tumble, or Water Day. The kids go outside every day, weather permitting, which I love. On days when they can't go outside, they have an indoor muscle room where they can burn off some energy. It’s great knowing they get plenty of physical play! I also love receiving photos throughout the day of what she’s doing—it really puts my mind at ease while I'm away from her. I get detailed end-of-day reports that include her meals, nap schedule, bathroom visits, and the activities she participated in, which I really appreciate. It's clear the staff is passionate about their work, and I’m so grateful for how much my daughter has learned and grown there. Overall, Enchanted Care has been an incredible place for her to grow, and I know she’ll be well-prepared for Kindergarten. Highly recommend!
