This used to be a place that I once loved. However lately they have made some unforgiving changes to accepting people in they're business. On the door they claim to stay open until 2am however they are not letting people in long before that time. I arrived there last night at 12:45 Sunday evening, there were 2 other people waiting to get in. We waited for about 5 minutes just for a guy to walk up and tell us through the door they were closed. Well clearly they weren't with several people inside gaming and drinking. I didn't have the energy to try to contest it, I had walked 25 minutes or so to get there. This same thing happened to me exactly 2 weeks prior. I hate writing this considering I have had some great times here years ago and even celebrated a birthday at they're West loop location. However sadly they are not operating the way they once used to. I don't plan on ever going back they have wasted my time twice and have no consideration of the patrons who are coming to they're business at lengths they don't know. Also the fact that they don't care to operate by the time they clearly have posted on they're door is just unforgiving. I actually used to work the door doing security as well. Poor quality business moves I wonder if the actual owners know this is happening.

Website, door, and google all say open til 2am mondays. Got there around midnight and doors were locked while what I presume were a few of the staff were playing pool. Were willing to still give it a shot after seeing the poor condition of the pinball games at the fulton location. Next time we'll stick to Logan.
