  I bought an Armani watch online and called the store to see if they can resize it for me, but they told me they only do this for in store purchases and not online orders. This is a really poor customer service and stupid excuse. Brands this big shouldn’t operate their business like this. Definitely won’t purchase any Armani Merchandise in the future anymore.

  Very disappointing experience. I went to the store today because I bought a T-shirt online from Armani, but it didn’t come with any packaging. I wanted to get a bag so I could gift it to someone. When I asked the store manager about it, she was very rude and dismissive. I was honestly surprised by how unprofessional she was. I expected much better customer service from a brand like Armani.

  Irsa was so sweet and helpful! She took her time to help us find a really nice bag and made the whole shopping experience so pleasant. Great customer service and such a kind attitude.

  Great store, amazing customer service! I checked out the store right after they opened in Yorkdale, and was very pleased with the service. Got a pair of dress shoes, the shoes here are from good quality leather unlike some other brands which use low grade leather in their crafting. ( coach for example). The guy who helped me, Lucas, was amazing Also Emporio Armani suits are beautiful. They use great fabrics. One thing I will say is that it’s not worth it to buy accessories here for retail prices when you can literally get them in winners or at off fifth for half the price.

  Bought my tuxedo for my wedding here. The service was impeccable. Edris was my tailor and he did such a fantastic job. It fit like a glove
