    I'd give it zero stars if I could because a guy named Redgie did everything he could to keep us from selling the car. We went to buy a used Chevrolet Suburban, but they were completely unhelpful. The salesperson, a finance manager named Redgie, brought in a friend of his. Despite us asking what the average price would be, he tried to hold the car back by making a move. We went to the Cargurus website and quoted the car for $56,700. We asked what would happen to us with interest, but they told us the car was not $56,700, but $59,000, then added car tax, plus ceramic coating. We said we didn't want ceramic coating. If you don't want it, we can get it by writing it down. Other dealerships will write something else instead of ceramic. So, these guys, and this guy named Regie, are supposedly the finance manager. Don't buy a car from these guys.

    I recently purchased a Nissan Murano. The car has fewer than 2,000 miles and should definitely be under warranty. Unfortunately, the battery was defective from the start, and every time I want start the car, it needs a jump. We brought the car to Empire Nissan in New York City, expecting them to honor the warranty. Instead, they refused to address the issue and claimed it wasn't their responsibility, suggesting me return to the original dealer. This is unacceptable because all Nissan dealers are supposed to honor the warranty, regardless of where the car was purchased. It's frustrating and disappointing to deal with this kind of runaround, and it reflects poorly on Empire Nissan. I would not recommend them based on this experience.
