  This is the best experience of my life with Blake. He is so dedicated and highly professional and very facilitating. He knows his job very well.   This place is a joke. My car was brought in on October 31, 2024. It was determined a new engine was needed. Car was under manufactures warranty. 10 months later and after a successful lemon law case, there “magically” appeared to be a new one put in. I never leave reviews but this place was nothing but stress for 10 months, they do not return calls. They couldn’t care less about your car. The proof is attached, that’s how my car sat in their lot for 10 months. No loaner offered. Save yourself the stress and avoid at all costs! I do thank Eddie for helping with the repurchase of the vehicle.

  I recently purchased a preowned vehicle from Empire Chevrolet, and I’m very happy with the experience. Pierre, my salesperson, was extremely helpful, honest, and transparent throughout the entire process. He made sure all of my questions were answered and that I felt comfortable with my purchase. In financing, Syed was just as resourceful and respectful. He clearly explained my options and worked with me in a way that felt fair and professional. Since the vehicle was preowned, there were some cosmetic issues and even a few more expensive parts that needed replacement. I truly appreciated that the General Manager did not hesitate to step in and work with us to ensure those parts were taken care of. That level of customer care really sets Empire Chevrolet apart. Overall, the combination of honesty, professionalism, and willingness to stand by their word made this a very positive experience. I’d definitely recommend Empire Chevrolet to others.

  Read the reviews online before you step in. Their manager Martin is the worst. First, keep in mind what is posted online is never the starting price. You have to add the down payment instead of subtracting. Carfax does the right math they don’t. Second there are hidden fees that don’t show up till you sit down to make a deal. You should be aware of OTD price. Third while we were at the negotiating table with the salesperson, they said they sold the car already. On the average, add at least $8000 with Labor Day break and $500 coupon. Watch out. Guess what we are in the process of signing the dotted line for a newer and much less mileage car. The car is still available, I guess the other people did not fall for their gimmick. I wish I could give a zero, but the sales person was new and nice guy. Nick online said all the right things and that was the reason we went there but they were all lies. We will report them to BBB. Looking to make sure other ways to report this dealership so other customers don’t get taken advantage of. Watch out for MARTIN the crook. Hope this helps. Owner of the company will be notified as well. Take my advice.
