They locked in a rate for me because I had a vehicle on order. When I finally received my vehicle, the loan officer that I had been working with was on vacation but another loan officer jumped right in and provided for me everything I needed to pick my vehicle up from the dealer. I would highly recommend Emery Federal Credit Union. Top notch service!
