  Emergency Vet Clinic, When my regular Banfield Vet Clinic are fully booked, they encouraged me to check Emergency Vet Clinic in Tualatin I am a little bit hesitant, but I go for it they are the one accepted my Cat although his new patients. It's a wonderful feeling. More Amazing, after all ordeal which my cat has UTI, he stayed overnight, Gave some meds his ready to go home.. this Clinic is so Anazing God sent to us. We're on limited budget yet they gave us free sample food for UTI cat patient and price wise its very affordable to our pocket. Yes, two thumbs up 👍👍to the crew and Vet Doctors, especially Dr. Jon. We're very greatful, thank you so much our cat Harvey come back to life, walking and talking..❤️❤️🙏🙏

  I recently brought my dog in for care, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The staff did not seem friendly or welcoming , their demeanor appeared disengaged, as if they did not want to be there. Additionally, when contacting the clinic by phone, their behavior was noticeably different and came across as aggressive and unhelpful. My questions were not addressed with patience or professionalism. Due to this experience, I decided to take my dog elsewhere, where I received much better care and customer service. I would not recommend this clinic and staff at all

  I would give them no stars but that’s not an option. I brought my fragile 14.5 yr old golden here today for symptoms that per AI should be seen by a vet immediately. 8.5 hours later and he has yet to be seen and has been kenneled all day. He isn’t typically in a kennel, so this wouldn’t be good for him in any situation, but particularly now when he is in distress. As far as they were concerned if his vitals were stable that was all that mattered. The fact that he couldn’t support his body weight, was falling over, couldn’t walk straight, head tilted to the side - all signs of vestibular distress - was not enough to get him seen but instead was deemed appropriate to have him in a kennel all day. They never ONCE called me to give me an update, so I finally came and picked him up and took him to another facility.

  Worst service ever — they didn’t provide any care for my dog for almost 10 hours. I dropped my dog off at 10:30 p.m., and they told me the doctor would call in a couple of hours after finishing surgery. I called again at 1:10 a.m., and they said there were four patients ahead of her and it might take another 5–6 hours. When I called around 8 a.m., they said my dog still hadn’t been seen and that no doctor, manager, or even supervisor was available until 10 a.m. They kept my dog waiting the whole time without any treatment.   Emergency Veterinary Clinic of Tualatin is absolutely amazing! They’ve taken such incredible care of my baby Samson! I am so grateful for their compassion, expertise, and genuine love for animals. They went above and beyond to make sure Samson got the proper treatment he needed. The staff is kind, professional, and they took the time to explain things thoroughly and was very reasonable with how much it would be to have him stay there with IV fluids to get his fever down. Thank you for treating Samson so well and for getting me in so quick when I was so distraught 😭 they helped calm down my anxiety and made my whole experience there so pleasant. Praying I don’t need to take my baby to anymore hospital visits for a least a long long time but if I ever had to go back I would definitely be coming back here! God Bless 🙏🥲
