I called around to numerous places in Vancouver for emergency dental services, and was on hold for 44 minutes without an answer. I decided to drive into this location after seeing it on Google Maps. I walked in as they were closing but they were happy to help me after their normal hours. Dr. Ridder and Ann worked with me patiently as I wrestled with my insurance company. They identified the issue and did not pressure me to make any decisions, empathized with the cost of procedures, and made sure not to do anything that was unnecessary. They were great. Empathetic, helpful, and patient. I highly recommend going here for any dental emergency you may have.
