I can not say enough good things about the emergency animal clinic at crystal falls. Their care and support are unmatched. Twice now I have had to rush animals their for their last moments and the service provided has been amazing. I wish under better circumstances I was referring people to them but they have a hard job to do and really knock it out the park.

Went here because my vet was closed. I was worried about my dogs condition. They did an ultrasound on him without my permission. Walked out paying 275.00.

The staff at Crystal Falls were there for us when our primary vet failed us and our beloved baby Sharkie. The doctors that saw us were very considerate and took their time to explaining our baby’s condition and the next steps we could take, we felt comforted by the vets as they worked with us to help Sharkie. He needed a blood transfusion, and the doctor determined he had a rare blood type and so the staff found us a hospital in Dallas that could provide the blood he needed. Thanks to their due-diligence, Sharkie survived a dental surgery that should never been performed on him. I’m forever grateful to the team for their kindness, consideration, empathy, and swiftness through all our visits. Thank you again for loving Sharkie as much as we did.
