  Hubby and I have stayed here twice for our anniversary and are now getting ready for our next trip to the same location, but this time with family. We love the Destin area and the Emerald Grande is best place to stay. Rooms are great and the location to fun things to do is perfect. Have to take a ferry to the beach, but that’s not a big deal since it’s free and sand and water are impeccable. The sunsets are amazing! We watch the sunset every night. So tranquil and beautiful. 😌

  After a late check in because they are so busy, and couldn't have our room prepped until after 2 pm, we rearranged our schedule. After checking in, the room was clean, and comfortably stocked with basics. Just prior to night fall, on the balcony, we prayed in our welcome of Saturday which rewarded us with a fabulous sunset, and a few moments of an orange 🌙. Ten floors beneath, the Emerald Grande Resort hosted a sweet wedding which became alive with some beautiful jazz, and past classics. My friend and I were too tired to "crash" the festivities but we loved watching, along with relaxing to the tunes. I made a video which I'll try to share later.

  Our stay at the Emerald Grande in Destin was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, everything felt first-class. The resort is beautiful — clean, well-maintained, and perfectly located with some of the best views in Destin overlooking the harbor and the Gulf. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. Waking up to that balcony view each morning was unbeatable. The staff was outstanding — friendly, helpful, and always willing to go above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. The pool area was relaxing with plenty of seating, and the private beach access was a huge plus. Having the HarborWalk Village right downstairs was so convenient — tons of great restaurants, shops, and live entertainment all within walking distance. We also loved how family-friendly the atmosphere was while still being great for couples or groups of friends. Whether we were grabbing a drink at one of the bars, watching the boats come in, or catching the fireworks at night, there was always something to enjoy. Overall, the Emerald Grande is the perfect mix of comfort, luxury, and location. We can’t recommend it enough and will definitely be coming back on our next trip to Destin!

  Warning: DON’T Buy Into Club Wyndham Destinations! They were so friendly and proactive when selling us the timeshare at this resort, but now that we need help canceling due to financial hardship and medical expenses, they’re nowhere to be found. Not even from corporate! We’ve sent multiple follow-ups and Wyndham has been completely unresponsive. They only care about your money, not their customers. The rising fees and payments are CRUSHING, especially as we near retirement. Avoid this nightmare, Save yourself the stress! don’t fall for their sales pitch!

  My daughter had her wedding at the Emerald grand resort last Friday, 3 October. Most of our family and bridal party stayed at the hotel. The suites were wonderful however, one of our members in our party had an issue, but the staff immediately took care of the issue and it was resolved. This hotel was very wonderful. The staff was great but the thing that made it the best was our wedding planner Emily. She was so wonderful to work with. She made everything so easy and seamless If you are a bride and want to get married there, I definitely highly recommend Emily as your wedding coordinator!
