  Christy did a great job. We had several showings and the property was put under contract and sold in a timely manner. Christy always took my calls or returned my calls very quickly. She was very easy to work with and had great communication.

  My experience with Emerald Coast Realty was excellent. I received automated notification of listings EVERY DAY for more than a year and sometimes I received 2 or 3 emails with new listings in the same day. My agent was Stephanie Deppen. She was very committed and diligent in terms of helping me find a home. She kept in close contact with me and tried to meet every need and interest I had. Her personality was very pleasant and comforting as I went through the process of decision making. I was home searching from a distance since I was in Georgia and she alleviated all of my concerns. Her assistance did not end at the point of sale. She did what I would consider "going the extra mile." She helped me find vendors that I needed to do various things at the house, and has remained in contact with me to this date. I believe I found a friendship that will last. I highly recommend both Emerald coast realty and Stephanie.

  In the past 30 years I have moved over 22 times across the United States as well as overseas. I have never met a realtor who comes close to Christy Smith -- anywhere.... She willingly saw us during the winter break knowing we had not yet decided on the Pensacola Beach area, and even though we were still 6+ months out from leaving Washington, D.C. Christy Smith is super friendly, knew the area, knew the other realtors, and immediately understood what we were looking for. Christy is an excellent communicator, but without being a pushy salesman, and she really cares about her clients. You will not find a better partner in your home search -- anywhere, and , Christy is the first person I’m calling when we return..
