  Ms. Istora provided an excellent customer service. She took her time to listen to our issues, did the thorough research and provided immediate resolution of the issue which was dragging on for over 5 months. We are really happy with her service.

  Support will be provided for the first few months. From then on, you will be given a run around if you need any help. If you are a startup practice, don't compromise on EMR solution. There will be so many bugs and integration issues, you will end up spending your time and training your team with work arounds on instead of focussing on business development.

  So relieved my office switched to eMed after a lot of frustration with our previous EHR... User friendly and all-inclusive, especially when it comes to labs/orders and document transmission to other offices. Plus their support is extremely responsive. A+ from me!
