  It’s a sad day in America when a local shop can’t give you the service for something as basic as my order. Horrible service. I gave this company the exact instructions with the exact artwork. The guy in the front desk complained to me about four times that he’s all alone. The second day I had to call three times to get someone to answer the phone and when they did, the service rep couldn’t take my phone call. I was told he would call me back. Did he? No. Instead he sent me an email at the end of the day asking to make a change to my order. This employee must be related to the ownership. He sent me another email complaining how busy he is. Instead, I found a company 10,000 miles away across the Pacific in China that could do it in 72 hours exactly the way I gave it to them half the price. These people will read this review of probably give me an excuse again. Don’t buy from these people. It’s a joke. It’s among the pop shop with some large accounts. That’s all it is. Go somewhere else.

  Truly exceptional service! Excellent quality at a great price! Ben is helpful and very personable! I will be using the embroidery house for all of my printing and promotional item needs!

  Embroidery House did an excellent job with all of my company's screen printing and embroidery needs last year. Everything was completed and sent over to us very quickly. It looked great, and it was reasonably priced. Call Ben today everybody!
