  We received two texts from your company today, one confirming the appointment today and one letting me know he was on the way. When he arrived we asked him what did the name on his shirt meant. He explained that was the new name of your company. An email advising me of this change would have been nice!. Michael was very courteous and friendly and cleaned the fireplace. He also inspected the damper and closed it because the damper unit was bent and the rod that closed and opens it could not be attached. He will research getting a new damper or repairing the new one.i advised him that I will be leaving for the winter at the end of October. Michael represented your company exceptionally well.

  The technician was friendly and on time. But I thought he was going to do a full inspection of our chimney - inside and out - which would have required him to get up onto our roof as the chimney sustained the most damage at the roof line - but that did not happen. He ran a camera up the stovepipe that our wood burning stove is connected to and looked at the outside of the chimney at ground level - but that was it. The cost seemed very excessive for what little was done, and we still don’t know the condition of the chimney at the roofline and slightly below - disappointing.
