  I must be a clown for waiting so long to come to this place. I don’t have enough good things to say about it. Best burnt ends. Best pulled pork. Best brisket. Best wings. It is confusing that a place could be so good at so many things. The sauces were surprisingly phenomenal. Corn bread was thought provoking. I want the burnt ends mac & cheese to be the last thing I eat before I die. Even the cole slaw was delicious. Can’t wait to come back and eat everything else on the menu!!!! BEST SERVICE.

  Love the meats here. Originally got from Uber Eats but had to check out in person. We had the pulled pork Mac n cheese and burnt ends fries. They were fantastic. The signature BBQ sauce is excellent. Can't wait to try other meats

  Visited for the first time today with friends and we were impressed with the quality and taste of all the food. We all ordered either the 2 or 3 meat platter and added baked beans, burnt end fries and Mac-n-cheese so we could sample everything. We were beyond happy with every single thing. The baked beans with the pork was amazing and the burnt ends on the fries were delicious. The best part about the meats was the fact that it was juicy, tender and had no fat. Definitely a place to try if you like smoked meats. There were other menu items that we wanted to try so we’ll be back for sure!!

  This was our first time visiting Boonton, NJ, came in for a friend's graduation party and was hungry when we arrived. There were plenty of options to pick from but Embark was the least busy. After eating here we didn't understand how it wasn't busier, food was great and plentiful, neither of us could finish. Both the brisket and pulled pork were perfection, moist and tender, would eat here often if it weren't 4 hours away. We were pleasantly surprised to find the party we were attending was being catered by Embark so we were able to try other items from their menu, all of which were just as delicious as the day's before at their Boonton location.
