Called manufacture and it took 5 minutes to get the part numbers. Unfortunately had to order parts from Trenchless as they are the local dealer. Checked with them on my order several times with no updates and promises to call back. 3 weeks later I finally got an update on my order." IT WAS NOT SHIPPED OUT FROM MANUFACTURE DUE TO UNKNOWN ISSUES " With no info on when it even might happen. Also was told that parts were and maybe still on backorder on top of everything. After 5 weeks of wasted time called manufacture and was able to order directly. Parts were in stock. Shipped same day. Delivery to Canada in 2-5 business days. I would avoid dealing with Trenchless next time if I have a choice.
