  Elmer’s Home Services has done a great job for us. They first came out when we were having an emergency - no A/C in Houston is almost always an emergency! They came out today for maintenance and while he was in the attic, Hector went ahead and swapped out our filter for us, which were just sitting up there. Changing the filter was on my husband’s to-do list and now it’s to-done. 😂

  Today we received an outstanding service from Levy Pedraza while I was so worry for the issue I have at home with Ac unit, he provided all the in’s and out’s of the issue with great suggestions and solutions, Thank you for your service and it was very nice to have someone who cares about the customer

  Alan and, duwayne are 👏 Amazing! Both of these guys explain things perfectly with patience and care. Most importantly they break it down in smaller terms when talking about Ac , lines ect. I've totally been schooled. I was so relieved that they both wanted to make sure my cilent and I were taken care of. Thank you both for your kindness and always responding quickly. You both deserve more than five stars! This company is beyond Blessed to have these two gentlemen on their team. Now yall have new club members. I'll definitely be referring people to Elmer's 🙌😊

  Duwayne did an excellent job repairing our AC. He clearly explained the issue with the clogged drain, walked us through the solution, and had everything fixed quickly. Professional, efficient, and reliable—I highly recommend his services.

  Hector was very thorough. He explained and communicated everything with me as he worked. And he pointed out potential issues with my air filters and told me how to address them. He was very helpful and I will request him again for my next maintenance visit
