She set me up with an appointment with Larry, their appraiser the next day! When I arrived Shay knew all about my issues and introduced me to Larry. Larry took pictures and inspected what i hoped to have repairs to body damage to half of the car, front bumper, both front fenders from others hitting me over the years and the entire passenger side from a guardrail which had jumped out in front of me. Larry explained the estimate in detail. Shay got me a date and I’m scheduled for the repair at a reasonable cost!!! I shouldn’t have waited so long!! Ron Kasserman

I was riding down the road and a seat belt they replaced fell off. So my trust in the work was lost. I also left messages for the owners to call me about parts missing out of my vehicle and they never called back. Receptionist is very kind. I will never go back here again.
