Ellms Family Farm is a fall destination in the heart of Saratoga County that offers a variety of activities including a corn maze, pumpkin picking, and ziplines. There are over 40 fun activities across the farm so there is something for everyone. Your whole family will enjoy spending outdoor time this Fall when you come visit. We are perfect for birthday parties and for company outings.
As the end of November rolls around we open up our tree farm so you can come with your family to cut down your own Christmas tree.
We have been cutting our Christmas tree down for many years at Ellms farm. It's a wonderful experience and we have a fresh tree for 2 months.

This is the best fall childrens activity in the capital district. There are other “like” this but none come even close. There are many many activities all are being supervised by someone and they all are functioning properly. They have plenty of food and drink options and parking is very easy. Thanks to the owners and staff for creating such an enjoyable experience fit the kids!

We had a great time visiting this beautiful local farm! The scenery is gorgeous — rolling fields, colorful pumpkins, and plenty of space to explore. There’s so much for kids of all ages to enjoy, from the play areas and train and tractor rides to animal visits and seasonal activities.
The only downside was the entry price, which felt a bit steep for families with younger kids who may not use all the attractions. A scaled admission by age would make it even better. Overall, a wonderful spot for a fall day outdoors and a great way to support a local gem!

We first visited in 2024 with a homeschool co-op. They gave us return tickets which we was finally able to use this weekend. It was amazing day. We got there at 10a when they first opened and stayed almost 6 hours. There is SO much to do and see. The kids definitely didn't want to leave. Looking forward to next year!
