I called him this morning at 11:30 & he was out here this evening at 5:30 to take care of our issue! Turns out the folks that rented this house before we purchased didn’t get the system turned off correctly & it froze. Luckily the damage was extremely minimal & Mark had our sprinklers up & running within the hour. He was patient while I asked questions and he explained how to run our system which I appreciated because as a new homeowner this is all new to me!
