I have been to multiple sports camps at this facility and my son has also played in the flag league. The facility, manager, and staff have been great.
The facility is always clean and staff is always available to assist you.

Elite Training Academy is absolutely top-tier!
We had an incredible experience there, especially during the summer. The variety of camps they offer for kids is unmatched — there’s truly something for every interest and skill level. It’s a safe, fun, and highly structured environment where kids not only stay active but grow in confidence and ability.
What really sets this place apart is the phenomenal staff. Everyone we encountered was friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do. A special shoutout to Donnie Laing, who went above and beyond to make sure my son felt welcomed supported throughout his time there. It made all the difference as a parent.
I would recommend Elite Training Academy a thousand times over.

I've had the pleasure of training at Elite Training Academy in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and I can’t say enough about how incredible the experience was! This state-of-the-art facility is a game-changer for athletes of all levels, but what truly sets it apart is the exceptional staff, with Donnie Laing being a standout star.
From the moment I walked into this huge complex, I was blown away by the welcoming and professional atmosphere. The staff is not only highly skilled but also genuinely passionate about helping athletes reach their full potential. They create a supportive, high-energy environment that makes every session motivating and fun. Whether you’re a young athlete or a seasoned competitor, their commitment to personalized training and development is evident in every interaction.
Donnie Laing, in particular, is an absolute gem at Elite. His care and attention to detail in the facility is unmatched, bringing a wealth of knowledge, Donnie’s ability to connect with athletes is remarkable—he takes the time to understand what is required to provide a facility with everything necessary to achieve greatness. His encouragement and positive attitude make even the toughest workouts enjoyable. Donnie’s infectious energy and genuine care for the athletes make him a cornerstone of the Elite experience.
The facility itself is top-notch, Elite Training Academy is the premier destination for sports performance training in Baton Rouge. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to elevate their game—thank you, Donnie, and the entire team, for making every visit exceptional.

Elite Training Academy is truly a one-of-a-kind facility, offering some of the best training programs in the country. The quality of the programs and coaching here is unmatched, but what really sets Elite apart is the exceptional management team that keeps everything running seamlessly.
Amber Haynes, the office manager, is always on top of the schedule, ensuring that day-to-day operations flow smoothly and efficiently. Daniel Bischoff, the business operations manager, is an incredible asset who expertly coordinates leagues, tournaments, and camps with great attention to detail. I also want to recognize Donnie Laing, the facilities manager, who handles everything to perfection. From turf maintenance to making sure all equipment is ready for events and camps, Donnie consistently goes above and beyond to support the facility and its members.
Elite Training Academy is nothing short of excellent, and I’m truly grateful to have such a top-tier facility right here in Baton Rouge, LA. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for elite-level training and a professionally managed environment.

One of the worst management and staff I have had the experience of dealing with. I was a member paying $250 a month to use the facility, and despite that I was told I could only train between 10 AM and 3PM, and those hours are completely unreasonable for anybody working a full-time job, especially a student. I would come in the mornings and afternoons after work and respected any event that was going on and would get verbal approval from coaches.
Around a week ago during their youth football camps, I was there at 4:30 PM, around one and a half hour before their camp was about to start. The manager and staff told me I couldn't workout even though I only needed the field for 15-20 minutes. I asked the coaches and they encouraged me to use the turf field.
As I was setting up, the manager, Donnie Laing, came up to me and started showing aggressive behavior towards me. I kept it extremely respectful since I am the customer and only using their equipment and don't own anything there. I tried to reason with him and explain that no one but him had any issues with what was going on but he wouldn't budge.
After that interaction, I decided that was the last straw and would stop spending my money at this business. As I was heading out to cancel my membership, I tried to talk to him and apologize for what I did and going behind his back. But once again he wouldn't buy it and went on to call me "useless and retarded".
I do not have a disability, but I was extremely shocked to hear those words come out of a manager to a customer in a professional setting. Especially with kids entering the building. Would you want your child to hear those words come out of a manager you're giving your hard-earned money to?
This isn't the first time I have had an issue with Donnie Laing. He, and the rest of the staff and managers only care about the name and image of the athletes and people who come into the building, not the people who spend their well-earned money to use the equipment and are serious about training. It is the unfortunate truth but I just want everyone to be aware of who they are doing business with and know what the type of people these managers are.
