From the time I walked into their facility and was received by Ann Williams I felt welcomed. I was assessed by Elham in a through manner who devised an effective course of treatment. Over the following weeks I was treated in a professional and personal manner by Elham who was ably assisted by Amrit Kaur. As a result of their treatment, my condition was resolved. I would return to Elite Physio should I ever require their assistance again and I am able to recommend Elite Physio without reservation.

Elham, my physiotherapist, was phenomenal. She took the time to truly understand the root of my problem, listened attentively, and tailored a treatment plan that was both effective and reassuring. Her use of techniques like cupping and acupuncture added a whole new dimension to the healing process — I could feel the difference almost immediately! The assistant, Amrit was equally amazing — she guided me through each exercise with care and precision, ensuring I was doing them correctly and safely. Their regular check-ins made me feel supported throughout the entire session. A big shoutout to the receptionist, Ann as well — scheduling appointments (and follow-ups!) was a breeze. Friendly, efficient, and always accommodating. Also, kudos to the clinic for investing in new equipment — everything felt modern, clean, and designed to enhance the patient experience. Highly recommend!
