I finally hung up, the agent never returned my call that day or early the next day to explain why he never got on our call. Not the way to treat a perspective customer.

Told me to call him As soon as I received paperwork so he could better explain. Ghosted me completely and the kept sending emails about meeting reminders that he never called for . Not sure if he has to prove that he communicated with the person in order to receive his commission. Total fraud!!!
