On this last one, they special ordered me a specific hat and had helped do several virtual samples for me to see along the way before placing the large order that came in ahead of schedule to my doorstep. Their customer service and stitching work is 10/10.

However, on the last order, there was a little bleed through of some colors on the passport. I sent customer service a picture around 6pm the day I received the hat, by 10am the following day I had received an email that a replacement was already being made and would be sent out later that day. Awesome customer service. Will definitely continue using EFA.
