  I called Elite Electrical yesterday because I was trying to solve a problem with a problematic older install lighting issue where lights had historically cut out or blinked. I was having trouble sussing it out and got frustrated and called Elite. The employee at Elite on the phone quoted me the cost to have someone come out, which was more reasonable than another place I've used in the past, but had to check the schedule. While talking she asked a few questions which actually inspired me to keep troubleshooting myself. After having swapped a dimmer pack, I finally figured out the original back can was intermittent. I was able to get a replacement can installed that afternoon and now all my buggy light issues are gone. While Elite did not come out and do physical work for me this time, the quality of the phone care saved me an electrician visit, and their quote for the hour was better than another place I called so I will likely try them next time.

  Called Jarrad on short notice and he came and rewired a new wastewater pump and junction box for me when nobody else seemed interested. He was very responsive, professional and helpful. Would definitely recommend and use again

  I was very pleased with the service I received from Elite Electric. They had great customer service, and were helpful and quick to get my problem solved. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to others.
