New serpentine belt, brakes, fluid flush/replacements; even a taillight fix is happening after I had a small "encounter" with a trailer crank. All told, my bill was just over 3K, and if you have a Volvo, VW, or other Euro car, you know that's a great deal for an all systems review, back brake fix, serpentine, tune-up, the whole refresh-and-fix. This is the third time I've been in, and I'll be back! Two big fixes and an oil change in the two years I've lived in the area, and I'm more than pleased. I don't need a Volvo dealer as long as these guys stay in business. OH: The ability to discuss repairs by messaging, and use their out-of-hours drop off/pick up is GREAT. Love that system SO MUCH.
