Maybe it was somebody who went here once, but it is Wednesday at 12:45 p.m.. perhaps they're at lunch, but I have no idea because the doors are locked and the phone number provided is an invalid phone number and the website goes to a telegram page that's in a foreign language so I don't know what it means. Bottom line is I don't know if this place still exists, there's a sign out front that says $10 haircuts, but there's no way to get a hold of anybody. Nobody answers the door. You cannot make a phone call. I guess they just open and close whenever they feel like it
