  We have been using Elevator Needz for 2 years for routine maintenance and repairs of our elevator. Living in this home for 7 years we have done business with all of the elevator companies that service our area and Rusty and his team are the best by far. They actually answer the phone when you call and if you leave a message they return your call promptly. If you need maintenance or repairs there are no scheduling delays. They do thorough inspections and provide photos of damage found so they can show you and explain the repairs that are necessary. An added advantage is the pricing is very reasonable, a bit lower than his competitors but for prompt, quality work. We strongly recommend Elevator Needz for your residential elevator service

  Selected Elevator Needz at random on Yelp. Boy did I luck out! Fast response, professional, friendly, caring. Despite having an old elevator that another firm said was nonrepairable, they took the time to familiarize themselves with the operation, then were able to repair on the spot. Never any talk of new elevator! Then to top it off they did not charge me near enough for their time and effort. Strongly recommend.

  A neighbor recommended Elevator Needz to me. I quickly scheduled a service appointment and was completely delighted with the service. Rusty is an impressive technician with many years of experience. He asked about my knowledge of the operation and then took time to explain certain features of the operation that i was not aware of. He asked questions about our use of the elevator and was friendly and knowledgeable. He was clean and neat and very respectful of our home which is something I truly value in a service technician. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing elevator service.
