Customer service is the foundation upon which Shaun Element started Element Windows and Doors. During his invaluable 19 years as an installer Shaun learned everything he could about the window and door industry, the least of which was what NOT to do. He had learned that a successful window and door company was built on respect. A respect for employees and customers alike. If your employees are happy they will in turn ensure your customers are happy. After much thought and conversation with his wife, Shaun Registered Element Windows and Doors! Shaun Element used his own name for his company because that way he can ensure he stands behind his company, no matter what, ensuring the highest customer service in the business

Chris (Sales Rep) was knowledgeable and respectful and at no point did we feel pressured in making a decision. When Shawn (Owner) arrived to do final measurements on our patio door he was very professional and took pride in knowing that this project would run smoothly not to mention he prioritized the install because of the state of the door. Upon waiting for the custom door to arrive and schedule a timeline to install, my wife and I unfortunately received news of a family member. Needless to say, Shawn's compassion and thoughtfulness during this time was pleasantly kind. Thank you to Chris L. for staying in touch with us and making sure the timelime was convenient for us. Head installer Tom and assistant Bailey were fantastic from start to finish. Tom was very thorough during the process and a master in his field. We are absolutely thrilled of the end result and look forward to reaching out to Shawn and his crew when my wife and I plan to replace our windows and doors.

Their workmanship is the best. Chris who leads Shawn’s team is a great guy. He is a perfectionist and has personality plus and makes sure all installations are done to perfection. Between Shawn and Chris they stand proudly behind the Element name which makes it the best in the city. I highly recommend them.
