Elder’s Ace Hardware is a family owned, locally run group of neighborhood hardware stores that serve the East Tennessee, North Georgia and Western North Carolina regions. We’ve been part of many of these communities since 1969, and we are privileged to be your neighbors. Our mission is simple: We aspire to be our community’s most helpful and trusted retail team by consistently pleasing each customer. And then replaced sheet rock and painted. He was very knowledgeable and nice. I was very pleased with the work that he did. When he came out he explained everything in detail. I will definitely be calling him when I need something else done at the house. The office staff were all very nice as well. I am so glad that Ace offers this service! Curtis is a great asset to your team!!

Do you provide free estimates?
We always provide free estimates over the phone, especially if it is work that will take 3 days or less. You can also email us photos or submit photos online for a free estimate. We will come out for a free estimate if it is work that we are capable of and we are not booked too far out. If we are really booked up during our busy season, we charge a nominal fee and then credit it back to you if you book the job.
Are your craftsman insured?
Yes, we are licensed, bonded, and insured and our craftsman have completed background checks. Our craftsmen are employees of ours so you and your home are protected.
How much do you charge?
Depends on the project, we estimate each type of project with the craftsman who has that skill set to your particular project.
What services do you provide?
We do over 1,000 projects from tile, plumbing, electrical, drywall, soffit, fascia, gutter cleaning, fence/deck gate repairs. Helping you maintain your home. If isn’t something we do, we have great referrals to specialty contractors that we know, love and trust.
