  It was our first time trying this restaurant. The food wasn’t bad, but the service was really poor. The dishes didn’t come out at the same time, and no one seemed to care when we wanted to order something. On top of that, they still add a service charge for this kind of service. They claim to have Michelin awards, but I honestly didn’t see anything impressive about it.”

  I’ve heard about this place from many friends, and I also saw it on Instagram and from a YouTuber I follow — and I finally got to try it myself. Saying the food was delicious wouldn’t do it justice; it was far beyond that. Every bite reminded me of the warmth and comfort of my mom’s cooking back home. As someone Turkish who has tried countless dishes from around the world, I can confidently say this is one of the best representations of Turkish cuisine. Now I completely understand why they’ve earned Michelin awards four years in a row. Thank you to everyone — we truly loved the food!

  I was so impressed with El Turco in the Design District! We ordered the hummus, menemen, grape leaves, and Turkish tea — everything was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and truly authentic. I honestly didn’t know there was such a good, authentic Turkish place in Miami until now. The staff were so kind and welcoming, and they even brought us complimentary rice pudding at the end, which was delicious. From the food to the hospitality, everything was perfect — highly recommend this place!

  I was really hoping the greatest service and food ever. I waited 30 min for 2 wraps and when they finally made it they were the saltiest uneatable food ! They didn’t even fill up the water . I def don’t recommend this place on a Saturday. Update: my feedback has been acknowledged and the restaurant apologized for what happened- that’s not their standard of service and that might’ve been a bad day.

  Absolutely amazing experience! The Turkish breakfast was perfect — everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The cheeses, olives, warm bread, and menemen were all spot on. The tea was constantly refilled, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. Definitely coming back! ☕🍳🥖🇹🇷
