  Great homemade salsa and Peruvian seafood dishes! Fish was so fresh and tender. Unexpected quality, in this simple location, yet easy walk from Pacifica Pier. Easy parking too. Great service!

  Really good wonderful I was a little disappointed for the weekday special which was only two items off the menu but overall very nice people and tasty food

  We are visiting pacifica and found El toro loco with reviews. we love finding small business and supporting them. The owner is so nice. We came two days in a row. Food is so good and fresh. The fish tacos are so good. The peruvian dishes are also very good. This will be our spot when we come back
