  The customer service was amazing friendly lady at the front front desk, but what I didn't like is that the rooms smelled like cigarettes, the guests needs to be warned before getting the room, I have allergies and could not breathe the cigarettes smell gave me a headache and my clothes smelled like cigarettes, I ask for another room the front desk say they're all cigarettes rooms, no non smoking I spend $95 for the room and I was unable to breathe. Other then the cigarette smell the room looked like a crime scene, something that looks like blood on the headboard if the bed, a huge hand printed on the wall, the toilet was not good to look at, I've seen public toilet that looked better. What did I expect it's a motel, but I was angry at myself for paying $95 for this room. I couldn't sleep on the bed the pillow look dirty. The experience was horrible for me and as a non smoker all my blankets and outfits smell, after going to the ceremony I came to west palm beach for people kept sniffling covering their nose because I smelled like cigarettes. I really wish they would tell their guests but they don't it's like a trap and it's non refundable.
