  Great food and quick service. Clean and organized. A bit pricier than typical Mexican restaurant but you also get more for it.

  Visiting family in the area, and they insisted we visit here. El Mezcal did not disappoint! My meal was much bigger than expected and tasted excellent. Wife got the street corn and tortilla soup...she happily had some to take home also! Great atmosphere and the staff took very good care of us! Highly recommend!

  Wow what a hidden gem. My family and I tried Mezcal this week and we're beyond pleasantly surprised. We tried the pork carnitas and shrimp tacos. Both were very good. The rice was moist, not at all overcooked or undercooked. They had a kids menu which met my daughters needs. The margaritas were perfect. Very large inside, clean, and welcoming. Great service and not too loud. We liked this location over Ocala's location.

  It is always said. First time impressions are everything. From entering, greeted with a smile. The food was exceptional. I will leave it up to those who have yet to try El Mezcal. But I will say I highly recommend !!!

  Can't say enough great things about the food. A little disorganized staff wise, but they make up for that with their happy attitudes. Wish it had better acoustics because it's hard to hear your companions.
