  Gave us old food tortilla was old and hard cheese wasnt melt and meat was old and hard not worth 52.44 ... been taken care other days good today wasnt good

  Haven't been in awhile until recently. The Sonoran hot dogs are very good, the bun and the beans are very fresh but, the fries are soggy and luke warm. If you are giving a side of fries with the combo make them crispy and hot. I give the food 3.5 stars because the fries were awful. Staff is friendly and courteous and the atmosphere is different from your average place. Beware of the fries ask for them to be hot and crispy. I'll still go back.

  I ordered almost $60 worth of food yesterday for me and my kids I got a burrito some guacamole on the side and the rest was hot dogs for my kids the kids love the hot dogs but I ordered one of the huge burritos which I asked for cheese inside it barely had any it was a very skimpy burrito and the worst part about everything is they did not send not one salsa with the food they take off the thing for you to leave them notes so you can't even tell him that you want salsa but it's common sense if you're eating Mexican food you want salsa they didn't send nothing at all it ruined my night and I made the food taste disgusting because how expensive it was and they just ruined the whole thing of me wanting carne asada come on workers since common sense if you're eating Mexican food wouldn't you want salsa with your food? Oh yeah not to mention the guacamole too was super brown I couldn't even eat it I called the store and they left me on hold for about 20 minutes and then I hung up kept calling and nobody answered

  Got the mediano carne asada burro. The carne asada was hardly seasoned and had a very large amount of gristle, to the point most bites had at least one piece of rubbery, chewy, and hard meat. The beans seemed like they were just added straight from a can, no seasoning at all. I would not recommend the carne asada burro at all. Nice, clean interior and friendly staff, but the food was a let down.

  I was looking to try something different while visiting Tucson and the Sonoran style hot dog at Sl Güero Canelo restaurant did not disappoint! Every bite was delicious and I will be looking for a recipe to try this myself at home. I will say that one hot dog was not super filling so if you go in with an appetite, try ordering two. The salsa verde was also very nice with a roasted flavor in the chiles. The tacos were not the best but also not the worst I’ve ever had. I will definitely come back if I’m ever in the area again.
