We were just test driving a few cars to make up our mind, but the service and care, without pressure, was the best at Eldorado Mazda. Max Chang is amazing! His ability to answer our questions and concerns before we asked was impressive. The manager sets a perfect atmosphere at the dealership. It’s relaxed and no pressure applied. They really try to help you, not push you into a car to make a sale. Dylan, in the finance dept, was also very friendly and made sure we had all the Information we needed. I will certainly refer anyone looking for a great car to take a look there and ask for Max!
PS: they had the car waiting for me with a big giant red bow when I came to pick it up. Made me so happy!!!

If you’re looking for a car, look no further! I went to a few dealerships on my hunt for a car and this was by far the best by a LANDSLIDE. I cannot rave MORE about the person who helped me out, Max Chang. He was fast, efficient, well-informed, and all with a great attitude. My brother and I came in and saw a few trophies for salesperson of the month and it’s safe to say that we walked out of there understanding why he earned each and every one of those. Brandon as well!! They both made the process stress-free. Thank y’all so much for my experience and for my new car!

Kaitlin was a wonderful sales person with true professionalism and knowledge on the vehicle we set our eyes on. She was extremely helpful and kind enough to connect Android Auto to the car, and showed me step-by-step how to create and navigate my new account on the Mazda app. We could not pass the 1.9% APR deal they had going on for the CX-50 with 3 months deferred payment. I highly recommend asking for Kaitlin when you come looking for your new ride; she listened to our needs and we never felt pressured during the sales process. I wish I could have said the financing process went just as smoothly. Byron, our finance manager that day, had us in and out of the office in under 15 minutes. We didn't care, we wanted to get out of there and into our new ride as well! This is why I take full accountability for not looking over the contract for any oversights before walking out the door that day. I ended up with questions regarding the contract 3 weeks after the initial purchase. I tried getting ahold of the financing office, but when I called, the front desk stated they were too busy assisting customers in person. I then called AND texted Byron, but he must have been busy as well. Not an issue- we drove to the dealership the very next morning to speak to the reps in person. There is no time wasted in finding peace of mind, even if it is over an hour drive! Unfortunately Byron was not there, but Tommy, the sales manager, and Felipe, the finance manager gladly assisted us with our questions and helped us set everything straight. I wanted to bring attention to the quality service, honesty, and transparency we experienced with Felipe and Tommy today. Addressing our questions was no easy feat with a 2-year-old in tow (sorry).
Please do not overlook my recommendation for Kaitlin in sales. You will not be disappointed- she was stellar. Thank you for my new CX-50, and demonstrating excellence in customer service. We have absolutely no regrets!

Today I stopped by the service department because my carplay stopped connecting. I was expecting a huge fee or hassle and I received the opposite. I'm disappointed that I didn't get the gentleman's name who helped me because he sat in my car and patiently helped me get it set up and connected. He was so busy, but he was extremely generous with his time and made me genuinely feel like he was glad to help! Thank you for surprising me today!

If I could rate El Dorado Mazda lower then a one star I would. I had initially gone there to purchase a CX-5 but they were unable to make the deal happen, so we went elsewhere. I did buy a brand new CX-5 at a different dealership (if you want a great experience go to Hiley Mazda in Ft Worth). Purchased a brand new CX-5, along with a maintenance contract. Since El Dorado is close to my home, I decided to take my car there for service. Well, apparently, unlike every dealership I have worked with in my life, El Dorado will not honor a Mazda Maintenance Contract from another dealership, and will charge you half the price of the oil change to cover their costs. Secondly, they will not give you the complimentary "first service" since we did not buy from them. So now, at this point, I have double paid for my service. When I contacted the service manager Nick Kinkaid, he basically said he needed to cover his costs and Im lucky he didn't charge me for the whole service. Absolutely zero customer obsession and this dealership has no issue working outside the standard Mazda contracts and terms. You have been warned. NEVER buy a car or have one serviced here. Horrible service and lack of customer respect.
