I was initially excited to work with Eicher’s Pro Vinyl because they’re a Georgia-based company with strong reviews, and I wanted to support local business. Unfortunately, my experience fell short—and not because of the price, but because of the lack of honesty and transparency.
I was quoted $15,310 in my home and told this was the absolute best price—no tiers, no gimmicks, just the best they could offer. When I later asked for an itemized quote and about their military discount (which they advertise), I was told a 5% discount had already been applied and that the original price was actually $16,121. None of that was communicated up front, reflected in the paperwork, or explained clearly—until I pressed for clarification.
What should have been a straightforward and respectful sales experience turned into a frustrating one filled with incomplete information and shifting numbers. I was ready to say yes, put money down, and move forward that same day. But the way this was handled made me lose trust—and that’s something no business should take lightly.
I hope they improve, but I’d caution others to ask for everything in writing, up front.
