But the woman on the phone checked with the service team and I was instructed to bring it in to see if it was something they could fix. So I packed it up, drove across town, and carried it in. The woman at the door checked with the service team and then told me they won’t work on it. No one even bothered to look at it. Would have been nice if I had been informed when I called. Would give one star, but the front desk person was nice, even though not helpful.
