At Edley’s Bar-b-que we treat everyone who walks through the door like an old family friend. We pride ourselves with not taking any shortcuts in the kitchen. Our meats are smoked low and slow using Southern white oak. The sides are made from scratch daily with the same amount of attention. Everything is done with intention, from the food to the service to the music. We strive to serve the best food we can make and prove ourselves a worthy host—one plate at a time. Guest favorites include our brisket, macaroni and cheese, banana pudding, and our famous boozy milkshake, the Bushwacker. We are open lunch and dinner with a full-bar, and we offer catering for weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate lunches, family reunions, and more.

I got the Tri star platter with pulled pork, pulled chicken, brisket, cornbread, slaw, fries, and the banana pudding. All of the meats were top tier. Juicy, flavorful, tender. Everything you want from good BBQ. The standout was the banana pudding though. It was incredible! Highly recommend stopping by to get an amazing meal.

Personally, I love the chicken with Alabama sauce. The group said the hot chicken was hot but had fantastic flavor. The fried pickles were seasoned perfectly. The group was really quite because they loved the food. The group favorite by far was the banana pudding. It's dangerously good.
