At Edley’s Bar-b-que we treat everyone who walks through the door like an old family friend. We pride ourselves with not taking any shortcuts in the kitchen. Our meats are smoked low and slow using Southern white oak. The sides are made from scratch daily with the same amount of attention. Everything is done with intention, from the food to the service to the music. We strive to serve the best food we can make and prove ourselves a worthy host—one plate at a time. Guest favorites include our brisket, macaroni and cheese, banana pudding, and our famous boozy milkshake, the Bushwacker. We are open lunch and dinner with a full-bar, and we offer catering for weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate lunches, family reunions, and more.

- ECEdward Chen4 days ago1.0Got the tri-star platter which comes with brisket, pulled pork, and chicken. The pulled pork was cold and tasteless. The chicken was dry and unappealing. The brisket was probably the only good slice of meat. We also ordered the BBQ avocado salad. Rather than that,our cashier gave us the southern salad. This was after I tried to correct the order, but our order was still wrong when we received it. The salad resembled salsa dip, basically couldn't be eaten as is. Very disappointed in their food quality and service. And for the price they were charging, not worth the trip.
- LWLynn Worst5 days ago3.0Okay, so the food was good, the atmosphere was fun, but the food was cold!! Sent the nachos back to have them warm them up. Needless to say, they were still cold. My chicken sandwich was very cold, the bun was also cold. The same for my husband's pork sandwich. The only thing that was warm were the fried pickles. Like I said, the food was actually very good, just wish it was warm/hot. The service was good, everyone was very nice and friendly. Kinda disappointed.

- CRCarter RobersonOct 5, 20255.0The pork BBQ is really good, but so are the sides. The grits casserole, the green beans, the mac & cheese, the street corn are all great. The brisket and ribs are really good too. Plus, they have local beer on draft and my wife loves the bushwhackers.

The pork ribs, beef brisket and pulled pork were all delicious, most and perfectly cooked. The banana pudding is truly standout. Malik and Ella gave us such fantastic service! My dining companion was slow in his decision making and asked a lot of questions and Ella had the patience of a saint with him. Malik had such an upbeat, positive and hospitable attitude and I loved his enthusiasm and service style when bringing food to our tables and others around us. So many servers these days are so basic and dry in their service style " need anything else? " kinda service but Malik and Ella really brought true personality to their positions which I greatly appreciate!!! I would go back just for them! Excellent everything, my only complaint is the sides come in single use plastic containers, which are BAD on so many levels. If they changed that I would respect the business more. As for the food itself, the service, the rustic ambiance is all excellent.
