At Edley's Bar-b-que we treat everyone who walks through the door like an old family friend. We pride ourselves with not taking any shortcuts in the kitchen. Our meats are smoked tow and slow using Southern white oak. The sides are made from scratch daily with the same amount of attention. Everything is done with intention, from the food to the service to the music. We strive to serve the best food we can make and prove ourselves a worthy host-one plate at a time. Guest favorites include our brisket, macaroni and cheese, banana pudding, and our famous boozy milkshake, the Bushwacker. We are open lunch and dinner with a full-bar, and we offer catering for weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate lunches, family reunions, and more.
Placed a pick up order today. When I arrived a pleasant young lady asked my name and went to get the order. Meanwhile a young man came to take payment I gave him my gift cards he asked the young lady how to process them. She looked confused and walked away. Young man also walks away comes back states we can’t take these today I asked why he said internet wasn’t working ? I asked to speak to manager he said he told me I can’t take those. I said I need to speak to this manager. Middle age guy walks up says how can I help you ? I said I want to use my gift cards. His reply “we’re not taking those today”
I said why not ? He says “it’s not working”
I’m confused
No APOLOGY just terrible customer service he said you can use them tomorrow. I wasn’t sure how that was helping me today.
Thankfully I had a credit card to pay for my order.
I understand technology doesn’t always work but remarkably the credit cards were processing. Hmmnn….
I won’t be going back to that location again.

1. The people on staff were all awesome. Very eager to be helpful. 2. All the meats were incredible. Super tender burnt ends. Super delish brisket (pretty fatty fyi but that's how we like it!) Super tasty pork & awesome smash burger. 3. We loved the sides! For people trying to figure out what to order, you should know the cornbread is pretty spicy - I think it had jalapeños baked in, the grits are very dense and cheesy, the baked beans were awesome with additional kidney beans, the Cole slaw was vinegary and not creamy at all, the fried pickles were so crisp and salty with a little spice, and the mac n cheese was I think white cheddar with something else like onions amd spice versus the orange American or cheddar cheese we expected. Also I couldn't tell on the menu but the tuck special is a sandwich. Its over easy egg was actually cooked hard and the spicy pimento cheese was strangely cold, but the overall taste was still fabulous - fun & different. One thing was we had to wait for high chairs so management maybe get a couple more.

I'm in town for 2 weeks, this is my second time at Edleys and I plan to come at least once more before I leave. The burnt ends, brisket and jalapeno cheddar sausage are to die for. I can eat that for the rest of my life and die happy.
Garrett and Jackson made me feel right at home. Garrett recommended the sausage and Im so glad he did. It's bursting with flavor, not overly spicy. The brisket was melting. 10/10 recommend

Excellent really big pulled pork sandwich on a brioche bun. Excellent house sauces, their mild is what you would expect and their spicy sauce has actually got some heat to it. The green beans are very good and their baked beans are boring but add some house sauce and they get much better. The Mac and cheese is nothing special and the slaw is dry but worked well on the sandwich. The banana pudding is really good, has a mousse texture and lots of flavor. The vegetables were not properly heated and were served lukewarm. The service was outstanding, they visited the table several times. It was our first time there and we would certainly return again and recommend. Overall, very good experience.

We have been in before and the food was amazing. I had just gotten out of work and wanted to pick something up on the way home and chose Edleys as we’ve been before and the food was good. I was extremely disappointed as I called in a to-go order about 20 minutes before closing. Just a house salad with chicken and one turkey sandwich. We were told “no, they do not have enough time to fulfill our order before they close and the fact that by the time we picked up they would be closed” I stated that I had just pulled into the parking lot and parked…That I could come inside and grab the food super quickly. They seemed annoyed that I was calling and when I asked if I could order just the salad, they then hung up on us. I was already in the parking lot, ready to grab it as soon as it was ready, so it wasn’t like I was going to keep them late. They already had 3-4 cars in the drive through still ordering food, so I am confused as to why I was told no for two simple items. Very unprofessional and left a bad impression. Again, I’m not upset about the food as the food is good, but the service needs some improvement and how they talk to their customers.
