  The staff is rude and talks poorly about their tenants behind their backs (they talked crap about me behind my back to my own brother) I was also charged inaccurately multiple times. They don’t help you when you have a concern and only police certain people, not all. Happy to be out of the place and not have to deal with the management staff as they are extremely rude as I stated previously and treat you like you’re not even a human being. You’re a dollar sign. They will also nickel and dime you for everything and and create fines mid lease. Then they will definitely keep your deposit plus send a bill on top of it at the end even if you clean fully, so be sure to take a lot of pictures of the condition after. Do not let them take your money. Be prepared if you do decide to rent here. Maybe they are hurting for money recently so gotta charge to make up for it. Idk. It was very odd and it was run like it’s their way or highway. They treat you like you’re crazy at the end of the day….my bathroom also reeked of cigarette smoke and they would not do anything about it. So if you get a unit where someone smokes bye you you’re gonna have second hand smoke in your apartment. Even tho they claim to be “smoke free”. They rather accuse me of smoking than solve the problem. The maintenance guy harassed me and tried to fight me cuz I was on the tennis court with my dog and its a service animal. They are gonna play nice while you sign the lease then they will do a 180 on you. Carson was the only nice person who helped. My packages got stolen 3-5 times and they wouldn’t check the cameras at all.

  I have lived here for many months now and while i initially had really enjoyed living here, it soon became apparent that things were going downhill. Pool isn’t useable, people having sex in the middle of the day in it, no umbrellas aside from some slightly shaded cabanas, frequent parties w/loud music blaring…etc. The stairs are falling apart and I have slipped a couple of times. Yet you cant have door mats so they threw away everyones in the trash that had one out and said it makes it “too hard” on maintenance when cleaning the hallway yet blamed it on a “safety concern” in an email. The grounds are mostly kept up with. I find the maintenance men to be very friendly but see more driving around on golf carts than anything. Not actually smoke free seeing as people smoke cigarettes on their balcony. Dog poop everywhere, so careful where you step. Neighbors are weird mostly, not friendly, don’t say hi and don’t pick up their dog poop. Dog park has multiple finishings half way done with multiple exposed nails sticking out. There is a nice lot in the back of the complex for half of the year. In terms of the unit, it is relatively nice. I enjoy my space and do feel cozy. The finishings are standard for a new complex but definitely not worth the price. For instance I have a random 10x10 visible paint block on my wall bc painting the whole wall i guess isn't logical. No front closet which is a huge pain with finding storage. No privacy in majority of the buildings so pick wisely if you decide to live here. You either get blaring sun, no sun or directly looking at your neighbors. Amazon packages are just spread throughout the mail room with the door sometimes open. Multiple packages have gotten stolen. The courts in the back are iffy. Lots of kids use them and have destroyed parts of it. The only benefit is that it is close to the highway but be prepared for constant construction and traffic buildup. Also, not gated when you can literally walk around the hedge. Upstairs neighbors are loud so hope you don't end up under someone with children. Nothing luxurious about it that constitutes for the luxury fee you are required to pay. But hey, free wifi ig haha. Oh and if you want to speak to the front desk, expect either no one to answer, answer in spanish or answer condescendingly. (Except for Carson who has been the only help) Don’t let the nice waterfall view fool you.
