Relaxed, unpretentious, remote enclave with kitchen servers who seemed to genuinely enjoy the dishes they were creating. I enjoyed this restaurant more than the acclaimed Bazaar Meats. Only small misstep was that the bartender insisted that the artichokes were fresh. If that was true, the kitchen is working overtime to mimic jarred artichokes - if so, stop it. It’s much more likely that at an early, first night of the week dinner, the kitchen had not prepped the chokes yet, so out came the jars.
Walking into Edge Steakhouse at the Westgate, you’re greeted by a refined yet welcoming ambiance—rich woods, chandeliers, and classic steakhouse styling set the tone. Edge Steakhouse is a solid choice if you're looking for a classic, upscale steakhouse experience in Las Vegas. If steak is your priority, it won’t disappoint—but be sure to pair it with a well-chosen wine and manage expectations for the sides.
Don’t go if you have kid. Very disappointed experience and the front desk waiter, the old white guy with glass and white hair, full of discrimination and poor service.
We were walking by the restaurant around 7ish pm, made reservation for the night around 8, we had stroller with our child. Reservation made, front desk said if kid is fuzzy or crying during the dinner they may ask parent to bring kid out to make kid calm down. That’s very weird to me, but we didn’t say anything.
At the appointment time, we reached the restaurant, he assigned a table for us and saying they don’t have booster or high chair or any baby stuff. Saying baby is not their focus, they basically don’t welcome kid in because of it’s an expensive restaurant not a cafe etc.
I asked him why didn’t let me know we made reservation, and we told him we have baby. I can’t believe the high rating for the restaurant, it’s very disrespectful and rude service. You can mark it out you allow certain age or group, that’s fine. But you let us know when we arrived, that’s totally waste our time.
Please don’t go here if you have kid or baby. Also generally there are many steakhouse out there in Vegas, don’t go this poor service place. The staff is very discriminated and rude service.

Came for the black cod and was very disappointed. 6/10. To salty, crunchy, fishey and small. Not the flacky delicious black cod I was hoping for. Maybe try the steaks tomorrow.drinks and bar were great.
I can honestly say Edge Steakhouse is one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had in Las Vegas. From the moment we walked in, the service was exceptional—warm, professional, and attentive without ever feeling rushed. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance of upscale and inviting, making it feel special but still comfortable.
The food, though, is where Edge truly shines. The steaks were cooked to absolute perfection—juicy, tender, and full of flavor that shows off the quality of the cuts. The sides were equally outstanding, with every detail thoughtfully prepared. I highly recommend the lobster mac & cheese and the truffle mashed potatoes—they were unforgettable.
Our server made the evening even more memorable with fantastic recommendations for wine pairings, and the dessert was the perfect finish to an already flawless meal.
Edge Steakhouse is more than just a dinner—it’s an experience. If you’re visiting Las Vegas and want a fine dining spot that consistently delivers on service, flavor, and atmosphere, this is it. Easily a 10/10 and a must-visit every time I’m in town.
