Can't believe the negativity? Just go to the bank and get an American $5.bill. That can't be so difficult. On a nice day you can park and walk across the border down to Edge which is about a 15 or 20 minute walk. They are open on Saturday so why all the criticism? I have never had to wait very long and I use this company quite often. Perhaps all you unhappy people should buy Canadian and find happiness in spending more.
