  Wonderful experience! I went in with my grandma to get her set up with a laptop. The owner was extremely patient and explained the benefits of each of the available options. The prices were affordable and of good quality. His shop is charming and comfortable. It was great to work with a local and not a huge chain. He was able to help us get set up with the essentials, whether the customer is tech savvy or not. Totally recommend this store. Plus there's a cat, so that pushes it to 5+ stars :)
