  We have owned a number of hot tubs and by far jacuzzi surpasses all the others quality. We bought a house with a new jacuzzi and Eden Spa has been so helpful and amazing. These hot tubs are low maintenance but high quality. Definitely recommend buying a tub from Eden.

  Bought a brand new hot tub and spent $20,000 -Had problems with the lines, they were hissing while it was brand new (were told it would go away with time, it didn’t. -salesman did not disclose that the hot tub and insulation was previously cut into before we purchased. -pump stopped working, maintenance guy had to reschedule due to our dogs roaming the house and not being in their kennel, the receptionist was quite snooty about the rescheduling (even though it was not disclosed that inside the house would need to be accessed while we are at work- did not appreciate the attitude towards my husband) the maintenance guy had no problem with rescheduling -the encounters that we have had with the maintenance men were quite pleasant, they are the only reason as to why this review isn’t 1 star -the salesman we had bought the hot tub off, will not return phone calls or texts
