  Avoid this place if you can. We’ve been moved out over 3 weeks and we’re suddenly hit with a $450 charge for damages and cleaning. The. We had to request photos and an itemized list of said damages and dirty areas. One photo was of a few grains of rice in a cabinet. Another was a few dirt particles in the fridge. The kicker was the outside door knocker being dusty. Really? Also other damages we know were from the previous tenant that they’re trying to charge us for but never fix. Had we not inquired and just paid they would have gotten over on us.

  Vicky Wilson & Kara Wright have made me and my family feel at home . There has not been an issue to big or small that was not taken care of in a timely manner. They are Amazing and I’m happy to be a tenant. 😊

  I’ve been living here for about 3 years now, and it has been a really good experience for me (with the exception of the neighbors dog, who barks at everything). Nonetheless, the staff, Kara and Kya, are really knowledgeable and very helpful. Not only that, they are approachable, and they go above and beyond to rectify any issues that you may have. If you’re thinking of moving here, Kara and Kya will make you feel right at home. Have a great day!

  Miss Kiya is always helpful and very kind when you need help. She is truly a blessing that we have her working at this location. Miss Kiya is also a delight and very knowledgeable about the building and is very professional

  I am a long time resident of Eden Commons and have experienced consistent respectful and professional interaction from Kara and Kiya. They are very personable and extremely accommodating! The residents are fortunate to have them on the management team!
