  This company needs to get with the times. You can't schedule an appointment online. When I called to schedule they "could not schedule a specific day"....."will call sometime and if you are available we will schedule at that time". Was told a day and a two hour window. That window passed by one hour and I called their office. They had to track down technician. I was then told he was running behind and it would be another 1.5 to 2 hours before he showed. I've used them in the past and the work is good. However, the frustration of dealing with a company that still runs like a "horse and buggy" operation is really frustrating. Step into the 2020's Edelen!

  The service guy shows up without a mask, tells us our warranty will not cover the issue and leaves. Horrible service!

  I had both a new C.H.I. Panel Garage Door and Liftmaster Garage Door Opener installed in December, and I couldn't be happier. The salesman, Dody, was very professional and helpful in making my decision and the garage door technician, Jason (JD), was awesome! A great job and I would highly recommend the company.
