It’s a beautiful older building with lots of character, and the location is unbeatable—especially given the price. Ivonne, the building manager, always went out of her way to help with anything we needed. No matter the time of day, she found a way to support us in finding packages, addressing moving questions, and other queries. Elias, the maintenance manager, was always on hand and addressed any issues in a responsible and timely fashion. The other building tenants were respectful and friendly, and we would have stayed longer had we not moved for work. Thank you!

They make the building feel like home and truly care about the residents. The building is in the perfect location and is well-maintained with lots of charming features. Great and affordable spot in Logan Circle.
- MMMariahJul 8, 20205.0This was a wonderful place to live. So many historic details preserved inside and outside the apartments and the staff and residents are all so sweet. It definitely took a couple of in-person visits to secure my lease and then to handle moving out, but it was worth it and everything was perfect while I lived there.

Ivonne, Elias, and Barbara are kind people and make the Eddystone a home. It is the most affordable (with character too) apartment in Logan Circle. The best location, thoughtful staff, quiet tenants. Thanks for the wonderful years!
